Whitney Bean
Whitney Bean is a certified integrative wellness and life coach, a certified somatic practitioner, a birth doula, and a mom of 4. Whitney works with families and parents to help them create a foundation of love, peace, and joy in the home. Her main tools to help families create healthier foundations are healthy habits coaching (like nutrition, movement, and sleep), stress reduction and mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. She believes these skills help individuals heal triggers and make way for healthier relationships and brighter futures for the whole family. Whitney also loves to bring these tools into the community by working with expecting moms in need through her birth doula work.
