Terry McDougall

Terry McDougall is an Executive and Career Coach and author of Winning the Game of Work: Career Happiness and Success on Your Own Terms. She works with high-achieving business owners and professionals who are "successful but not satisfied" to help them increase the overlap between their professional success and personal happiness

She launched a new podcast called Marketing Mambo in January 2021. It will feature marketers sharing their perspectives on their profession and their views on trends in the world of marketing.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach and entrepreneur in 2017, Terry was a long-time marketing executive with a large national bank. She has coached a number of high-earning salespeople and in her career as a marketer.  She worked with salespeople throughout my entire career.
