Hi, my name is Rose. I’m an Energy Life Coach. I support people that have been living through painful family relationships. I help them to take ownership of their lives: to take responsibility for their own energy, to stop being a victim of circumstances and to create a meaningful life for themselves.

Family relationships are in the heart of my practice because I believe that they are the key ingredient of the recovery to our wellbeing. Family ties are like the strongest currents. Swimming against them is exhausting. If life didn’t deal you the parents, siblings, kids, … you would have wanted, there’s a reason for that.

How does Energy Life Coaching with me work?

We engage in a deep conversation. Not only do we speak about what happened but also look at the invisible, energetic currents that have been running throughout your life. Most importantly, how these currents have been running your life!

When all is brought up to the surface, you can make an informed decision and take actions to create a life that you want. Not a life that was handed to you.

Often we feel as victims, “Why did I have to live through that? It’s not fair!” Or, we may feel guilty that our life is much better than the lives of our parents or siblings. Or, we feel that we failed our children. Sometimes we simply follow the family traditions; we relive the lives of our parents and grandparents because we don’t know there is another way. The list of our feelings and reasons behind them is very long, as we are truly unique individuals. Our childhood, our ancestors and the genetic makeup, our community, the society we live in, our soul - they all are an integral part of us. And they are ever present in our energy field.

What I like most about combining life coaching with energy work is that it speeds up the healing process for us. It gives explanations to our behaviour, emotions, patterns … It frees up energy trapped in suffering for recovery to wholeness. I know it intimately because I have experienced it myself.

So, welcome, how can I help?
