In addition to making purpose driven imagery that successfully promotes his clients and their products, Robert mentors aspiring photographers world-wide and teaches photography as a vehicle for excellence, professionalism, respect, responsibility, kindness and goodness.
He is sought as a photographer where care, quality, professionalism and vast experience are desired, as well as a motivational/inspirational speaker and a teacher and empowerer.Currently, Robert is a Distinguished Affiliate at FIU (Florida International University) CARTA (College of Architecture + The Arts). He sits on The Family Advisory Council of the Holtz Children’s Hospital, where he gives photography workshops to pediatric cancer and transplant patients. He sits on the board of Eco Tech Visions, Inc. (www.ecotechvisions.org) and the Adult Polyglucosan Body Disease Research Foundation (www.apbdrf.org) and The Bold Beauty Project (honoring and empowering disabled women). He is Co-Founder of Hope and Carry, Inc. (www.hopeandcarry.org), a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, whose mission is to foster and nurture photography as an alternative life pathway to guns and violence.
