Rich Seidler was born and raised in Maplewood NJ.  Following a number of years adrift in the early '70's, experienced God in arresting fashion, and ended up back in NJ where he entered and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ. While attending FDU he worked part time in the family business, a small chemical distribution company located in Newark NJ. Several weeks following his graduation, spurred on by an amazing dream, he pursued and married Martha, aborted his other dream to become a physician, and settled into the chemical business, where he and Martha both worked and remained until their retirement in 2019. 

 

In between those years Rich and Martha raised two wonderful sons, while Rich flirted with pastoring a church and nearly lost the family business to neglect. Coming to his senses (at least to some degree) he found his deeper calling in helping to restore a much truer "family" business. Rich loves retirement, enjoys reading, writing and golf, and adores his grandson Jude.
