Reuben Keith Green MS

Reuben Keith Green is a retired Surface Warfare U.S. Naval Officer who served 22 years in the Atlantic Fleet. He has devoted his energy to discussing issues regarding military service that adversely affect minority personnel and has written or been featured in stories that address those issues. He has a MS degree in Human Resources Development. He is the author of Black Officer, White Navy, which chronicles his voyage from high school dropout to Surface Warfare Officer.
