Rebecca Maas

Rebecca Maas leads communications for community programs, like the Facebook Communities Summit, at Facebook. Facebook’s mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together, and Rebecca is responsible for bringing to life the stories of people building and leading communities on Facebook. Prior to joining Facebook, she lead communications for the ice cream division at Nestle, as well as the company’s digital innovation presence in Silicon Valley, designed to enhance partnerships with startups and leading technology companies, and further develop relationships with consumers by providing them with innovative online experiences and services. Rebecca holds a bachelor of science from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Va.
