Larisa Goldin
Larisa Goldin is Founder and President of Seattle-based Dreamclinic, renown throughout Seattle for its excellence in quality of therapeutic massage and acupuncture. Dreamclinic is a recipient of multiple Best of Seattle awards and In November 2010 won 9 out of 11 massage categories based on fan voting for Seattle's Best of Citysearch.
In addition to Dreamclinic, Larisa is the CEO for Find Touch findtouch.com, a nationwide community hub for the massage industry. Larisa is also President of the Board for IGNITE ignite-us.org non-profit which is an organization dedicated to empowering young women and helping them embrace technology as a positive career choice. In 2007, IGNITE won a national award for 'Best Practices That Work' in gender equity and was invited to present before Congress in Washington DC.
Prior to founding Dreamclinic in 2003, Larisa held a succession of senior level positions in the high-tech sector, managing software development for companies such as InstallShield, Concur CNQR and 4thpass which was acquired by Motorola. In her mid-twenties she founded and three years later sold a St. Louis based company that specialized in Wholesale distribution of Computer Supplies.
Larisa holds a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. She is also a licensed massage therapist having graduated from the prestigious Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle now Cortiva.
Larisa is a frequent Guest Speaker on the topic of "Business Bootstrapping" to University of Washington MBA students. She belongs to two prestigious business networks EO Entrepreneurs' Organization and WPO Women Presidents Organization - and is also an annual judge at the University of Washington EMBA Business Plan Competition.
