Heather Orengia

#Hello! I'm Heather. My passion is helping leaders navigate life's transitions, guiding them toward balance and fulfillment. With a solid background in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and leadership roles at companies like Dana, GE, Erie Insurance, and Wabtec, I've dedicated over two decades to honing my skills in engineering, manufacturing, and program management. Now, I'm committed to empowering others to grow both personally and professionally as a COR.E Life Coach and Transitions Dynamics Specialist. I'm all about helping you align your choices with your goals and values, bolstering your confidence every step of the way.

My path to coaching was filled with self-discovery and numerous "a-ha" moments. While I've always had a knack for helping others find their path, it took me a while to ask, "When is it my turn?" It wasn't until my 40s that I felt a strong pull towards something more fulfilling than my existing career. I first explored health and nutrition coaching before a pivotal experience with a life coach clarified my true calling. This epiphany came during a challenging period in my late 40s—juggling peri-menopause and a demanding leadership role took a toll on my wellbeing. I advocated for work-life integration and self-care, yet felt like a fraud due to my own struggles. Over time, I learned to accept my past and embrace the present, utilizing the COR.E Principles to transform both my life and the lives of my clients.

Outside of coaching, I'm a proud mom of three amazing girls and a fur mom to a lively mix of dogs and a cat. My husband and I are avid backyard chicken enthusiasts and are in the process of building our dream homestead. When not coaching or conducting workshops, I cherish time spent in nature, bonding with my family, and sharing my love of cooking with my children.
