Dr. S. Chris Malaisrie
Dr. Malaisrie is an attending cardiac surgeon at Northwestern Medicine and is the co-director of the Thoracic Aortic Surgery Program, co-director of the Marfan Syndrome and Related Disorders Program, and associate director of the Center for Heart Valve Disease at Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. He is a Professor of Surgery in the Division of Cardiac Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and serves as the Program Director of the Thoracic Surgery Residency and Fellowship.
Dr. Malaisrie is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He completed his thoracic residency at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his cardiac surgery fellowship at Stanford University.
