Bonnie Mincu
Before becoming an ADHD Coach in 2001, Bonnie Mincu had spent 23 years in Fortune 50 corporations as a marketing manager, training manager, executive coach, and organizational development consultant. In those fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where she routinely juggled multiple projects, she thrived. But after leaving corporate to provide similar training and coaching through her own business, Bonnie found herself floundering. She discovered, to her surprise, that she had Attention Deficit Disorder -- ADD / ADHD. Intrigued by this diagnosis in her mid-40s, she signed up for training through the ADD Coach Academy. This changed the course of her career. Instead of pursuing corporate clients, she started Thrive with ADD to coach and train adult individuals whose traits of ADHD impact their professional and personal lives.
Bonnie draws upon her process redesign background to help her coaching clients create customized processes to get things done the way they work best. She’s created many models for new ways of managing the challenges of ADHD, which she has taught extensively over the last 21 years. She has been an annual speaker and presenter at numerous virtual ADHD conferences, and her “Thrive with ADD” workshop was part of New York University's Continuing Education Division.
In 2017, Bonnie brought all of her ADHD training content under one virtual roof when she opened Productivity Pathfinder, her affordable membership-based training program to help adults achieve ADHD self-mastery.
