Beth Silvers J.D.

Beth Silvers is a wife, mother, recovering lawyer, and business coach. She received her JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law, then began her career in the Cincinnati office of Taft Stettinius and Hollister LLP as an associate.  She worked in the firm's restructuring group for almost six years before shifting her focus to human resources, diversity, and operations.  When Pantsuit Politics and The Nuanced Life podcasts outgrew their status as hobbies, she left the firm and opened her coaching practice.  Beth has been named a Human Resources Game Changer by WorkForce Magazine, oneof Cincinnati's "40 Under 40" business leaders, and one of Ohio's Most Powerful and Influential Woman by the Ohio Diversity Council.   Beth is a ministry partner of Florence Christian Church, a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky, and a member of the Ohio Justice and Policy Center board of directors.

She recently co-authored the book I Think Your Wrong, But I'm Listening: A Guide to Grace-Filled Political Conversations with her podcast co-host, Sarah Stewart Holland. Beth lives in Union, Kentucky, with her husband and two daughters.
