Crissy Freeman

As a mom of two, Crissy struggled for years in the space of, “should I stay or should I go” while dealing with the impacts of alcoholism. The fears associated with leaving outweighed the loss of herself functioning as a co-dependant on the path to fix everyone. Holding on to a secret that no one could see and continuing to live a life that looked so perfect on the outside while she suffered from overwhelming anxiety and panic.

After her 19-year marriage ended Crissy thought she would finally be free to create the life she wanted. Instead, she found herself struggling with her identity and the fear of making the “wrong” decisions.

Crissy was no longer a wife, she was a single mom navigating life on her own with no idea how to put one foot in front of the other.

After years of continuing to repeat old patterns, Crissy discovered the journey of inner healing that led to discovering and pursuing her passion of helping other women to create a roadmap after divorce in pursuit of finding their “why”.

In the process, Crissy created the From Mrs. to ME program of rediscovery after divorce. She also started a podcast of the same name, “From Mrs. to ME”, real stories of divorce, resilience, and transformation.

As a certified Life Coach, Career Coach, and Podcast Host, Crissy empowers women to say yes to themselves after divorce.
